Experience
Before forming our own construction company Peter worked with Lend Lease/Civil & Civic
in Sydney from 1982 until 1994 working on projects such as the Sydney Football
Stadium at Moore Park, Darling Harbour and the Olympic Park and Aquatic centre
to name a few.
We contracted site management services to a local construction company
for three years. These included but not limited to the following.
Site Project Manager Batemans Bay police station. $1.6m.
Site Project Manager Milton Hospital refurbish. $1.4m.
Site Project Manager Broulee Retirement Village, $5.2m.
Site Project Manager Boorowa Hospital redevelopment project, $2.2m.
Site Project Manager Luxury units Eden, $440K.
Site Project Manager Bodalla Primary School, $2.2m.
Site Project Manager Ulladulla Primary School, 2.6m. Contracting to another
construction company.
Construction Manager/ foreman Ulladulla & Batemans Bay Medicare fit out,

From arround 1999 onwards we have been tendering and carrying out our
own building and construction projects for commercial, domestic, health,
aged
care, schools
and police services. We are a family business with 5 other employees,
1 foreman, 2 apprentice carpenters, 1 labourer/machine operator, and
1 labourer.

College. $5.9m The project involved land clearing, road works, car
parks, playing fields,
class rooms, staff facilities, speciality rooms, ball courts, senior
science labs.
Aims
To add quality and value through experience and dedication. To expand
our repeat client base. To continue personal involvement on every
project.
Insurances. As we
are a company we carry all relevant insurance including workers comp, public
liability & construction insurance. Certificates
of currency for all insurances would be forwarded on request
or with tender submissions.
Plant
12 tonne tip truck, Takeuchi TL 130 track bobcat, CC10 smooth
drum roller, scaffolding, full complement of placement & finishing
tools for concrete, site sheds, shipping containers, site office
and many small tools.
