EXPERIENCE

Before forming our own construction company Peter worked with Lend Lease/Civil & Civic in Sydney from 1982 until 1994 working on projects such as the Sydney Football Stadium at Moore Park, Darling Harbour Stage 1 (IBM Tower 27 Storeys in Kent Street $93m), the Olympic Park and Aquatic centre and Fairfax Print Facility Chullora (The new paper printing plant $86m) to name a few. Peter completed his Building Foreman Clerk of Work Certificate at 20 and acquired his Builders Licence at 22.

We contracted site management services to a local construction company for three years. These included but not limited to the following.

  • Site Project Manager Batemans Bay police station. $1.6m.

  • Site Project Manager Milton Hospital refurbish. $1.4m.

  • Site Project Manager Broulee Retirement Village, $5.2m.

  • Site Project Manager Boorowa Hospital redevelopment project, $2.2m.

  • Site Project Manager Luxury units Eden, $440K.

  • Site Project Manager Bodalla Primary School, $2.2m.

  • Site Project Manager Ulladulla Primary School, 2.6m. Contracting to another construction company.

  • Construction Manager/ foreman Ulladulla & Batemans Bay Medicare fit out, $324K.

From around 1999 onwards we have been tendering and carrying out our own building and construction projects for commercial, industrial, domestic, health, aged care, schools and police services. Some of these projects are listed below.

  • Stage 1 Lumen Christi Primary School Pambula ($1.65m)

  • OEH Refurbishment Heritage Home Tanja ($660K)

  • SCCH Community Housing ($2.8m)

  • RMS Field storage facility ($400K)

  • Mogo Day Surgery and Medical Centre ($1.8m)

  • St Mary’s school Performing Arts Centre ($2m)

  • Richard Crookes Constructions (Managing Contractor), Moruya Public School, 4 classrooms and hall refurbishment and covered outdoor learning area ($2.65m)

  • St Peters Anglican College Language Laboratory ($1.75m)

  • Country Energy Commercial Shed

  • St Peters Anglican College Stages 1- 5.  The project involved land clearing, road works, car parks, playing fields, class rooms, staff facilities, speciality rooms, ball courts, senior science labs. ($9m)

  • CPS Credit Union fit out – Batemans Bay Branch ($240k)

  • Heritage and restoration Moruya surf shop ($800K)

  • Extension to Banksia Village including two High Care Units

  • 11 Self Care Houses at Banksia Retirement Village ($1.3m)

  • Turlinjah Reed Bed sewer works

  • Public school facility maintenance – south east NSW

  • Various architecturally designed homes, locally and in the Snowy Mountains

​As we are a company we carry all relevant insurance including workers comp, public liability & construction insurance. Certificates of currency for all insurances would be forwarded on request or with tender submissions.
